Delete your account & data

This page explains how users of Tiler Quote can delete their account and associated cloud data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

You can delete your account directly inside the app:

  • Open Tiler Quote
  • Go to Account
  • Tap Delete account and confirm

In-app deletion is immediate. After deletion, the app switches to local mode.

Request deletion by email (fallback)

If you can’t access the app, email support@tilerquote.com with:

  • Subject: Tiler Quote – Data Deletion Request
  • Include: the Google email address used to sign in
  • Optional: screenshot (helps confirm the correct account)

Email requests are processed as soon as possible and typically within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account (Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication record)
  • Your user profile stored in our backend (e.g., users/{uid})
  • Your stored avatar/profile photo in cloud storage (if any)
  • Cloud-synced app data linked to your account (if enabled)

What is not automatically deleted

Google Drive backups (optional) are stored in your own Google Drive. You can delete those files directly from Google Drive at any time. The app uses the minimal scope drive.file, meaning it can only access files it creates.

Local device data (such as invoices stored only on your phone) may remain on your device. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear the app storage from your device settings.
